Minimag bulb in a Streamlight Stinger

I was screwing around and put my minimag bulb in my Srteamlight Stinger w/3.6V 3600mAh battery. It focused to a pretty fine point. Brighter than when it was in the minimag but nothing light the original stinger bulb.

Wonder what kind of runtime I can get off of that? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

A 2.4v bulb on a 3.6v source is 50% overdrive. You'll need a lot of spare minimag bulbs in order to complete a full discharge on the batt. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
