I would love to know the story of how an Arc AAA is made, from the raw materials to the finished product, with photos showing the various stages of manufacture and of the machines and tools used. As well as satisfying my curiosity, people will better understand the effort that goes into these lights.

Yeah, it would be cool to have like a virtual tour of the factory. Of course there are limits to what can be shown, but that doesn't eliminate everything. I don't have anything put together right now however.
I think it is interesting to see how things are made. A tv show I recommend is John Ratzenberger's "Made in America".
