I must thank you for you extra effort for my piece.
There are few around the world who require dim light to work.
They are afaik mainly officer who work on the bridge, and pilot.
We only need the light each every few hours for a few seconds instantly, and your light can be life saving.

I'm looking forward to your Zeus for my fishing purpose.

Thanks so much for the feedback and so thrilled to hear your one and only of a kind CoreTi is going strong.
I remember that one specifically as it took me a few tries to solder the Red LED in just the right position and its the only CoreTi with a Red LED that I've made (it was a Ti blasted 3.2mm version).
I'd made only 2 others with colored LEDs (one pink, one blue).

I completely forgot to post it but the proof sample landed on Friday and it's looking just perfect.
The feel of the button is just right, fit and finish excellent too.

Expecting the batch to arrive during this month.
I'm going to have to adjust the retail price somewhat (final costs still pending) so that it takes into account some of the prototyping costs along with finishing (polishing) as I spent hundreds of hours hand polishing the CoreTi in the previous batch. This time (fortunately), I've asked the workshop to do that hard polishing on my behalf

Update:
Finally, I have some new CoreTi available.
Just a small number until the rest of the batch are here.…
though I've not yet put them "in-stock"

I rejected 80% of the parts due to tolerance not being where it must be and so for efficiency sake, I've been holding off on getting them ready until they're all here (as its much easier to do everything in one go).

This batch are polished only (sorry, no blasted), all latching switch (push once for on, push again for off), SOS mode (push and hold for 3 seconds) and ~4.8mm height (thickness).

I'm going to have to adjust the price a little (in the upwards direction) as the cost, taking into account rejection rates, materials (but not time) is so high, this might be the last batch I make for some time until I can reconsider the design/creation process.

I'll post some photos this week of the newly arrived but in case you can't wait for me to put them in-stock or don't want to risk missing one, feel welcome to contact me via my website/email.

A few more CoreTi's landed and now looking much better so I've started getting some CoreTi's ready for packing and a shift to in-stock status.

Below: This is the first photo of its kind...
Multiple CoreTi all "On" at the same time, thanks to the new switching mechanism.

I've been doing a little extra polishing but nothing near as hard as the first time round.

On thing I should mention is if you scroll back up to the 1st and 2nd pics, you'll see the CoreTi on the bottom left has a clasp attached.

Previously, I included these custom titanium clasps with the CoreTi but...
I'm thinking of attaching these as the default, as they are a little tricky to attach perfectly without the right tools (and you sure don't want to slip and scratch your CoreTi before wearing it).
The clasp, is like an oval that has an opening at one end, I usually use a vice to gently bring the two open ends of the clasp together, letting one slightly overlap the other, then reposition the clasp in the vice to bring the higher end to be level with the lower and the result is a perfect fit.

Update:
I added a small number to stock and they sold out very quickly.

I spent a good few days polishing and getting a few more ready so a there now a few more back "in-stock".

I'll be back to post a few photos (have to catch up on other MBI posts first) but after quite a lot of work and plenty of time to think between polishing strokes, this will probably be the last CoreTi production until either enough time has passed where I forgot just hard it is to make this product or I find the time to change the design which like many things, might evolve into something completely different

Thanks for posting.
For the new version, its exclusively CR2016.
I haven't made progress on waterproofing due to the closing mechanism but for the moment, I'm thinking the next generation CoreTi will be a completely new product which I hope can incorporate waterproofing too.

Are you meaning the latching switch in general or an actual Photon Freedom?

The next batch are all latching (not momentary):
push once for on, push again for off
long push (about 2 sec) for flashing mode
