I deleted the post trying to keep the peace. I didn't "forget" you quoted it.
I'm not sure if that's what he was doing, but there's definitely no shortage of it in this thread and on the forum.…when folks use humor to mask their serious replies. Make it sound like a silly and humorous thing.
I like flashlights. 😃Why is it that sometimes members feel the need to toss in a lit match and burn it all down?

And name calling (I'm guilty as well)I like flashlights. 😃
Certainly eye-opening, if nothing else.Well, this was fun.
Seriously though, @TPA, amidst all of the malarkey and hilarity, have we managed to change your mind?

when i sold my home i had no new home to go to at first . so i stayed in hotels for a month or so lol. well my point is some how every few days id some how demagnetize my hotel key. a course im a night owl so id have to contact hotel staff to fix key . never figured out what i was doing wrong .For me the issue is, I like to wear automatic watches. Watch on my left wrist. Main EDC light in my left pants pocket. So, of course, light and watch next to each other. Watch gets magnetized, stops working. Yes, I can buy a cheap de-magnetizer off of eBay, but same issue will keep happening. As for keys, a small, cheap aluminum carabiner attached to the key-ring and then clipped onto a belt-loop would prevent Lost Key Syndrome.
You just described my whole setup! I've also got my spare battery holder/secondary light in my right pocket, but the one I always reach for first is in the left pocket.Watch on my left wrist. Main EDC light in my left pants pocket.
