It will be brighter with the Z59 vs. Z41, which means less resistance, which means higher voltage. I'd be more worried about the bulb than the tailcap.
It may be ok, but IMO you're taking a risk with the MN16, which is overdriven in this setup to begin with. I fried a couple earlier this year, but had a charger that was bumping the voltage up to 4.25V on my batteries, in addition to the clickie. I'm ready to try the 2x18650/MN16 again, but will be using the Z41 this time.
I never had problems using the Z58 with unprotected 18650s and the MN21. Not until the IMR cells came out, and Lumens Factory tested tailcaps for use with them, did I hear it couldn't handle heavy loads-and now you have people running with that, and adding their own imaginary facts to the mix.
Either way, I've gone to using nothing but Z41 tailcaps on my Surefire and Leef bodied lights. Doesn't hurt to err on the side of safety.
