activities for flashaholics?

pretty much day activities but at night. which i think makes it more fun.

i have done night biking, night hiking, camping, corn maze, night walk... hmm night geocache..

Night diving is also great fun.

Sky diving at night is also supposed to be a great experience, I've not tried it.

the "flick the power off in a building with no windows and see who carrys torches game" :p

Caving is a good one, I would love to try that someday, but I dont know where any caves around here are that I can just go explore without paying a big fee....

You could sort of include scubadiving (checking out old shipwrecks or something) but you kinda need a special torch for that, so i'm not sure if that counts...

Torch Tiggy (used to play that in scouts...) probably a bit old for it now.

Just going for a walk at night and instead of taking a more normal 1 torch... filling all your pockets :)

Local grottos are your entry into caving.

My friend is taking me to underground in the local goldmine next week, so that should be a BIG cave :) (problem is i wont be able to wander around, or I will get squashed by a BIG truck...) but I am taking ALL my torches down there anyways :)

A gathering to show off lights would be fun too. Boasting rights for the guys with the big guns and an educational one for the newbies like me. Just pick a really dark area for the flashlight testing.

I'm going houseboating later in the year. Gonna bring about 6 flashlights to light up the river :D.

Hopefully I will have my DEFT by then, so I can play lightsabre

A true flashaholic never takes ALL of his/her torches anywhere - unless followed by a pack mule with a strong back of course.

When I go camping I only take 6 - 8 of mine.

I am going to be down a hole with no ambient light of any form, this is a once in a lifetime opportunity to test all my torches out :) you better believe I am taking all of my "main" torches :)

I will have a backpack full of them :)

sad, its common for caves or other urban stuctures no longer in use to be sealed off to public in S'pore. its just too bright here!! :thumbsdow
