Does Novatac ever respond to emails?

I'm having an o-ring issue with my 120P and emailed Novatac a few weeks back but have heard nothing back at all. Nada. Zip. What's the best way to contact them to get a few replacement o-rings so my tailcap will actually screw on properly?

It's possible your email ended up getting filtered, I'd say try again.

I have had good experiences with their customer service emails.
I recently had my 120P serviced and they got it back to me within 2 weeks. They also replied to my emails propmptly. One additional nice thing about Novatac is that they do take phone calls.

If you just want a spare part, I would suggest you go to a dealer. Lighthound carries Novatac spares - that link takes you to the Novatac items they stock.

I would say email, because that's what I did and heard back the same day.

Of course I am still waiting for those o-rings, but at least they got back to me. I'm surprised you still haven't heard from them.
