Which batt.-configuration do you want to use?
Stock Flupic will not work. Ask member "Goldserve" for a special version to run 3's Led parallel.
nFlex, bFlex,Fatman, Shark will work, MaxFlex too but not available yet.
VIP but out of production.

If you want a lower mode, is it possible to incorporate the switchgear to only operate one LED in 'low' mode, and all in 'high'?
I have a buck regulator (Vin > Vout+0.2V) under developement
handles Vin 2.25V to 16V(max)
Current upto 6A (set by sense resistor so 1.2A = 100% can be set with suitable resistor)
Board size 25.4mm x 17mm + TO-220 FET mounted to LED heat sink
User programmable with more then 10 modes from 3 levels + momentary XHigh to 2 levels (no momentary)
Each level user settable from 100% to 1.5%
Low battery detection. Timeout if left unattended
Zero off current (<2uA) Won't discharge your cells when not in use.
PM me if you are interest in buying a hand made prototype.
