You are right. The Aleph 2x123 bodies do not even accept some 17670s.Somebody correct me if I'm wrong about Aleph's and 18650's.
Lighthound has some E-E Leef bodies in stock, or you could just look for a Surefire body, depending on what you are trying to build...
I'm looking on the lighthound site and I'm not finding any E-to-E bodies. They've got C-to-C, C-to-E, C-to-M, but not E-to-E bodies. I'm also looking for a more affordable 18650 E-to-E body (both the MirageMan and pineapple bodies are $70 each).
Doh, I could have sworn I saw some E to E, but now I don't see any, sorry 'bout that
All E series bodies load from the font. Even AA's are too big to load from the rear. There may be some custom bodies that are exceptions to this, but I've never seen one.So it looks like MirageMan makes the only 18650 compatible E-to-E body that is a 2-piece design that loads the cell from the front (head) end instead of the usual back end loading like most lights.
Yeah , good luck trying to find one of those.
Thanks! Those bodies don't appear to have any knurling like the Leef bodies though and look like they would be fairly slippery.
your wish grantedYeah , good luck trying to find one of those.
