E1E Lens gasket

Are there any Surefire lights that ship with a glow-in-the-dark (white & flat) oring behind the lens? I found one on a spare E1E-HA that was purchased (new in box) months ago. (The head had no thread locktite on the part that contains the lens.)

Works fine, just a little bit unusual.

From my knowledge no surefires were or are shipped with GITD orings. Must be an after market mod.

I took a second look at that gitd oring. It was round, so I'm sure you are right, it's not factory. The black (flat) oring was around on the outside of the head, but was stretched such that it will not fit behind the lens. I guess this particular light may have been a return item from a dealer and I just didn't catch that we I received it.
