Electronical differencies between Quark Mini AA and ITP A2?

Hello guys,

i have a ITP A2 which i bought very cheap and i managed to disassemble the head and now i´m going to mod it to neutral white R4. Next to this mod, i´m very interested in the electronical differencies between the A2 and the Mini AA as both lights and electronics seem to be pretty equal.

it would think that the minis and a2 have basically the same electronics inside and the hidden modes are just unused at the A1/2.

So, is there anyone outside in the world who has pictures from the Mini AA electronic parts?

kind regards

Daniel

Can you post pictures of ITP A2 you took apart?

By the way "electronical" is not a real word, sorry pet pev of mine.

I'd like to know if the difference in output is simply a result of
the Q5 bin in the A2 vs. the R5 in the MiNiAA, or if the MiNiAA actually
has a different driver setting. Last light I suggested for a friend
turned out kind of a bust, but the A2 looks very promising. I'd be
ecstatic if I could get the performance of the MiNiAA (emitter lumens,
not OTF or beam pattern) with the A2.

Did the head come apart easily, or is it a pain to get it apart? Did the head come apart easily, or is it a pain to get it apart?

Maybe, but Quark often adds things to the iTP models. iTP is the
low budget tentacle of Olight, and the A1/A2 are the lowest budget
models from iTP. I can't quite imagine iTP originally putting unused
modes in them because that could have cost them two cents extra. Maybe, but Quark often adds things to the iTP models. iTP is the

I assumed that the internals simply unscrewed, and I was going to reinforce the negative connection with a solder blob, but now I realize that it looks to be assembled some other way. How exactly did you disassemble your A2?
