Which CPF color theme do you prefer on your screen?

There is a selection of Style "Skins" you can choose from, each with a different coloration theme.

At the bottom left of the screen there is a basic style selector box, but you will find a more varied selection in a menu in the User CP under "Edit Options", "Miscellaneous Options", "Forum Skin". Scroll down to make your choice, then save your change. The Forum Default skin is used unless you change it.

Try them out if you haven't already done so, then vote for your favorite in the poll.

Default and silver are the only two options there. It's been that way for a long time. I wonder how you get so many other choices?

The background color of "wheat" is a lot easier on the eyes. I am on medication that makes my eyes sensitive to light, so I really appreciate the tip!

But all i have is default and silver, which are both hard on the eyes

I'm not sure what is going on here, with people not able to get some of the schemes. Maybe it's the server. Most of you seem to be stuck with just "Default" or "Silver". There are some I wouldn't want anyway. "Goth" is rather sombre, and it creeps me out with all that black and dark purple. "Pizza" is a bit too messy.

EngrPaul, I don't like "Wheat" much - I suppose that's meant to be a gold color, but it looks a bit moldy to me - but maybe that's just my screen.

"Roquefort" isn't bad, but I use "Roadkill" most of the time.

I only have default and silver,
silver is kinda ugly, and makes my scrolling jerky.

How are you seeing all the others? thats odd :thinking:

Silver isn't pretty, but it's easier on my eyes in a dark room. No scrolling issues with it.

That's weird - you don't like Wheat because it's a bit moldy but you think Roquefort isn't bad. To each their own, I suppose. I don't think I have the stomach for Roadkill.

Funny, the skins only show up on the marketplace for me....Not on CPF?

I only see Default and Heavy metal. Heavy metal is not good.
