I have sent emails and even tried to contact them by phone, leaving a message. No calls have been returned and the emails that I receive back when trying to check my order status are of the canned variety.

The web dealer that you ordered it from may have to order it from one of those same dealers before he can ship it to you (or maybe he can have it drop-shipped from one of the service centers.)
