Any news on expected shipping date?

Thanks!

They are shipping this week. I've shipped two early this week - those
of you have received shipping confirmations.

I'm doing running tests on the rest. :D

Any update on shipping the remaining lights? I don't mean to be impatient--I just can't help myself. ;-) I'm eager to try it on the trail: that burn curve looks wonderful.

Thanks much!

SlowTwitch, are you taking the bare AL body and a stripped head? Or just the bare AL body? Can't figure out what, if anything, is available. Sorta thought you decided on an HA version. If gone, are there any more bare AL versions being prepared?

I'm getting the bare Al body, and the head that had been set aside for stripping. I asked that it not actually be stripped, though. I bought a HA body to put it on. This is gonna be one expensive light for me.

Sorry to add to the confusion!

Good news... all unit ordered will ship out today.

HISTORY: I'm holding yours until I have the rest of the balance :)

Also, I built a killer royal blue head (ask jtice :) ) and a cree xl8090.
Both are available forsale :)

Must be a good BIN RB also, its real deep blue.

Blows away my RB Arc LS Mod.

Head and complete unit arrived. Whole lotta light--more than an Inova X5 in a tiny package that uses an AA. I like the beam pattern on the TXOK better than the Cree, which is pretty much just flood with no noticeable hot spot.

Thanks, 4sevens!

slowTwitch: Actually, it's the luxeon twok that has slight hot spot
and the cree is a pure flood. The twok has a cooler tint while the cree
is warmer. Let me know how it goes with running long distance with
them! One hint, using e2's are best since they weigh the least!

I'm not trying to stir things up or anything, but why didn't you just buy a head by itself and save yourself $50??

If I can count, it looks like there are a few heads left, if they are still strippable, arewethereyetdad could get a stripped one and relieve you of that bare Al body...

Just a thought because you mentioned how expensive the light is for you... :)

Thanks, yeah, I'd still be interested in a bare one. David??
