Before the crash, Milky confirmed in this thread that the design was his, but the work was going to be performed by Strategoshttp://www.candlepowerforums.com/vb...-I-Spent-My-Autumn)&highlight=gladius+upgrade.

I had the upgrade performed and am having discussions with Strategos about the quality of the work (for a partial list of issues, see this thread).
