Grip Ring for SF G2?

Instead of a gun-mounted light I've decided to use my G2 with my 1911 comp gun. Has anyone seen a grip ring adapter for the G2 similar to the G2Z?

I take it you found a bit of bike tubing or a O Ring?

Actually a black rubber ballcock washer. Fits perfect and looks like it was made for it.

Also the Mini Maglite rubber antiroll-device makes a nice gripper on any 1" light.

I bought it at Ace hardware, must be a standard part as it didn't have a size on the package. I took my G2 and tried it in the store.

FYI: Springfield frame, Caspian Commander slide w/custom comp, built in early 90's.
