I'm getting an Ultrafire C3 Stainless Steel, and wanted to use it as a mod host. I'm a little confused how the standard 1xAA's ground the driver board.
I have a 2-3 year old DX 1xAA light that I had taken apart, and the pill was soldered to the case. Other ones I guess ground to the heatsink or somehow the thin copper on the side of the PCB makes contact with the threads?
Kinda makes it difficult to figure out which driver board I need.
