I received my ITP a3 Eos upgrade (new version with l/m/h 1000hz pwm) from goinggear and I cant believe the quality I get for under 20 bucks.
The light has very nice and durable anodizing (been on my keys for a few days, no marks at all), threads are machined to ridiculously tight tolerances (zero play between head and body) and this thing is a beast on 10440's!
Seriously, if you don't already have a keychain light, I highly recommend one of these or the Maratac aaa (equivalent).
-I'm not working for any of these manufacturers, just excited and passing on my thoughts, these things are a steal.
