Why are you using the LED lumens for comparison with other lights, rather than out the front lumens, which are much lower?

Interesting, I never realized the difference in the specs. Thanks for pointing that out. I just learned something about FL1 vs LED rating. I guess it's marketing hype. In this case that light puts out 286 out the front.

It's a damn bright AA light.
