Purchased a new SF E2L 3 weeks ago. Clickie failed after a couple of days so I called SF -- they said they would send a new one out right away, no questions asked. I have been waiting 2.5 weeks now for the new switch. The last 2 times I called to follow up I was told that they are not in stock. Until now I have accepted this because of CPF posts I have read indicating that SF can be quite slow to send out replacement parts.
So how much longer do you think I will have to wait? Is there any other action I should take? Were it not for the posts I have read here this would be totally unacceptable to me. I am afraid they will just forget about me.
