How to make MC60??

Hello all. I've gotten the itch for more throw than my UltraStinger can provide and am looking to make a MagCharger60. Are the only components neccessary the MagCharger and the WA 1160's? Where is the best place to get 1160's?

I got some there. Very white beam and battery lasts about 30 minutes.
