I just got the Kroma and Love it but have a few questions.

I have two questions:

Does the lanyard that the L1 fit on the end of the Kroma? I eye balled it and it seems to fit but I have no access to that lanyard at the moment.

I noticed that the beam on high shows up as a huge donut with a perfect square shape in the middle, not only that there are a few rings as well but I think thats due to the led's right next to the TIR. Is this normal? Has anybody else come across this?

To answer your questions in order:

1. Yes

2. Yes, that is normal. The TIR system wants to get as much light out of the LED as possible, and so it's projecting an image of the die's of the LED out the front. The rings are from the surrounding LED's.
