I've not seen any aftermarket automotive kits that has insta-strike. But it seems to me the BMW's, Lexus's, etc have a very rapid start-up. I have not tested any against a wall to confirm, though. Also, the 100 watt ballast and bulb combo by Lips starts up pretty darn fast!
