Kai domain does not ansver what to do ??

Well the title says it
They sendt the wrong item ,the slip in the envelope has the right number
But it is the wrong item
(A colminator instead of a IR led on a star :shakehead)
And i did mail them 12/2 (just like they tell one to do)
And again yesterday

Until now no ansver
They say they will ansver within 24 to 48 hours
What should i do ..mail paypal and include my mails that i did send to Kai ??
