Anyone ever purchase from this outfit?

I wonder if they are trustworthy to buy from?

The product I am interested in is this:
Surplus - Excellent condition: The M952 flashlights with A.R.M.S.-17 TRI-LOCK mount, batteries and switch pad.
$149.95

I'd probably replece the bulb with a P60L LED.

I've not dealt directly with LMO, but they are a very well-known Class 3 (full auto) dealer. IIRC, the owner is Dan Shea, who is highly regarded in the Class 3 community.
