I think Rob would be willing to upgrade your older aluminum Raws. Isn't that the reason why they are so easy to take apart? I'm guessing you'll just have to send it in to him.

Cost of a Cree XR-E PCB with turned down McR 19mm reflector for retrofit to the Ns? I am not offering this a drop in. Best to return for this upgrade.
Cost is £30 which includes return shipping.

So the Raw NS/Ti/Da are no longer modular in design? Is it possible to get a different assembly (better binned Cree's or something else) in the future? Or are these Cree XR-E assemblies now "married" permanently to their torch bodies now?

I think because the reflector is different on the XRE Rob doesn't recomend a simple swap. You would need to buy a new front end package rather than just the led. I'm not sure though.

Nice, so how bright is the 8-10 Ma low? And how insanely long is the 8-10 Ma runtime?

At A guess 15 Lumens run time the Math says 30 Hours.

dammitjim: The 3 Raw Ti Photo (1st post this thread) has two 5 Trit Raw Ti's.
The only other way I could think to photo this is with a mirror behind!!
Yes H3 is the same As Tritium Locator.
The Raw Ns with XR-E is £75 + any extra's like Blue Locator's (£6 each)

There are tolerance variable's throughout the whole Assemblies, anything that needs adjusting I can do as all part of the upgrade £30 Charge.
None of it is difficult, A careful approach & a tweak in the right place is all that is needed.
