Machining Clips of a SST-50 Heatsink

These are the heatsinks for my new SST-50 EDC Light.

For those of you that like to see the maching process I took a couple quick video's of the heatsing machining process.

nice batching!
so what did you used for post? Mastercam?
they didn't looked like handwritten due to the corner compt.

Jonathan I'm using Mastercam to post. Since I stink at drawing in Mastercam I draw up the part in Emachineshop then export as a DXF. Import to Mastercam to create the tool paths.

As for the batching each sink requires 4 tool changes. I had around 50 pieces to do and said there was no way I was manually performing 200 tool changes :)

The soft jaws where pruchased on Ebay from Monster Jaws. under $9 a SET!!!! There fully machined on all 6 sides!

He's actually starting to look like he knows what he is doing!
Naah...you guys should visit him sometime + he still wears gloves :)
