Maglite solitaire mod idea?

2x 1/2AAA or 3x1/3AAA(don't know if 3 would be too much voltage) and just put in the minimag 2 cell bulb? Anyone ever thought of this or tried it? Thanks for the input!

The easiest is a Mag 2AA bulb and a 10440 li-ion.
Other option is to bore out the reflector and drop in a Nichia GS 5mm LED.
A cut down SMJLED from the shoppe would be very nice too.
