Malkoff MD2 switch options: high, low, constant on

Does anyone know of a switch for the MD2 that is similar to Surefire's 6P/G2 "Tactical tailcap switch—press for momentary-on, twist for constant-on"?

I see that Malkoff has a bezel switch that provides low, high, and lockout. I wish one more circuit was available for constant on.

I really like the concept of the high/low, but also need the constant on. For me, no sense having constant high and burning through batteries. No sense having low if I have to hold the button for long periods of time.

umm, i think you might want to read through the md2 description again. the switch is a forward clicky, offering momentary and constant on in BOTH modes.
