I've got a flashlight that uses 168A's and a Chinese HID that uses a 14v(?) lithium battery that is approx. 6 inches long and 1.25 inches in diameter. The charger that came with it looks and acts like low-end junk. An endearing trait is that it gets very hot when charging. And I'm sure it doesn't have any of the perks a more high-end charger offers. In addition, I have several emergency radios with nimh and lithium battery packs.

Can anyone recommend a charger that will let me charge the 168A's and the bundled lithium & nimh packs AND the big fat sucker in my HID? From what I've been reading, the upgraded chargers have algorithms designed to improve the efficiency and life of the battery, as well as make it a less dangerous proposition.

Thanks,

Roadstir

ps How would I attach the charging leads for the fatboy?

Sorry. Mother Of All Battery chargers.

Am looking for a charger flexible enought to handle the batteries I listed above. And since I'm looking a little green right now, I may as well ask. Are there chargers that can handle lithium as well and other chemistries like nimh and alkaline?

Thanks
