Need help with a project

Hello. I am new to the boards but I am searching for info someone here may have. I own a show cave and I am putting in an underground interp center. One of the displays I would like to have is about the evolution of lights in the cave. I would like to have a candle, gas lamp, carbide light, and a succession of three flashlights used by guides culminating in the Fenix lights our guides now use. While I look for lumens when buying a light I don't know how to quantify light output for the candle, lamp or carbide light. I would appreciate any help I can get. Thanks.
