Need schematics on a regulated power drive

We need more information, like what input voltage you expect it to work with. A 1A driver taking in 3V is generally quite different from one taking in 6V.

I was looking to power either Seoul or Cree. In your opinion, what would be the best application?

As stereodude already mentioned, it all depends on what kind of power supply you want to use. Whether you'll use a Cree or a Seoul is secondary.
We really need more information.
