I have a SF P91 bulb in my pistol light. and I jsut bought a cheap SF KO at cabela's and I threw in my H09L bulb. The Cabela light is called XPG and is a 9v light for $40. It works with the TacStar remote switch and can use SF bulbs. I bought it on impulse buy and so far not so bad for $40.

it seems that the SF P91 is brighter though. but I think maybe the reflector is just built better and is dispersing the light more than the H09L?

the P91 is brigther but it is a lot more floodier that the HO-9 (less throw). If you an overall output closer to the P91 but with more throw, than get the EO-9 instead. Run it on 2x Li-Ion batteries for even better performance. Lumens factory lamps are better with Li-ions.

thanks I will try that. Also what is the difference in D-26 and D-36 bulbs? I noticed on lumens factory website that the D36 has a 450 lumen bulb. but D26 only has a 380 lumen. Could I use either one?

D36 Lamp Assemblies are not compatible with SureFire. They are made for some Pila and Wolf-Eyes models
