I am giving away Cree 5mm LEDs. Some CPF members wanted some. They pay for the shipping and the bubble mailer ($2). They paid via PayPal, but when I go to ship, there is no first class international option. Only Express and Priority are options.
So to ship, I have to hand write the label and customs papers, then stand in line at the USPS.:shakehead Am I missing something here? Why no first class International?
