Price check on HID lights...

Hi guys I just found a AE 24W HID Shorty for $265, and I am thinking this is a pretty good price...Is it? I would rather have the 25W Xenide or even the 24W full size Power light but price is a factor here and I want a normal size flashlight , any info,prices web sites is greatly appreciated. Thanks guys

As the starter of the referenced thread I would definitely recommend looking into it. They have a PL24 clone with the 5200mAH battery for way under the $265 mark on the shorty. You don't get the nylon carry case or the lockable hard case though that comes with a genuine AE Light though.

You'll need to send them a message through ebay asking about it since they don't have the PL24 listed on ebay, just the PL14. I would specify the exact price, but posting good deal pricing on CPF seems to have a way of making that good deal price go away. Here are two examples of that occuring: this thread & this thread

If you just can't deal with the size of the standard AE/24 then the price for the shorty is a very good and worth consideration.
