Quick quark question.

Can the 18650 quark body work on the RGB version, will it fit? Thanks.

All quark parts are interchangeable.... Make sure you use the right power source for the head, for example, a quark 123^2 can take 3-9 Vin. So RCR123's are compatible..... All that explaining = Yes. It will work (and fit). Buuut..... The output will be dimmer but runtime will be longer, but I think you'd know that .
