Reflector for D-Maglite

I'm just building a Maglite P7 mod out of my 2D Maglite right now and ordered this reflector. But the bezel won't srew all the way down. There are always 2mm left. So the question to you Maglite P7 modders. Which reflector did you take?

I use the other DX one which has the same problem.
Just get a dremel and trim the edge down.
Then use some sand paper on a flat surface and sand the face rotating it every few strokes.
After only 3 hours I got mine to sit flush inside a D mag. I needed it flush so I could use 2 1.8mm lenses for my dive light.

Yes you have to sand that down.

I mounted mine onto my drill and hold a file onto it. After 15min. the reflector was ready.

Haha. Worlds cheapest lathe!!! I like it!!

I put a file in the vice and file the reflector down turning the reflector as I go, the end result is very even.
