Hi, anyone opened tis batterie tube??

Li-Ion batteries can be dangerous if mis-handled, might as well buy a new battery.

Don't tell me u are -----> :broke:

yes, and its not easy. what i did was drill a small hole in the top of the battery case through the g10 type stuff? to the side of the + contact.

then put i a small peice of bent wire (stiff, with a hook in the end) and pulled to pop the top off. all the recharge electrics and the threee 1850's are semi potted with a type of mastic but it peels off easy-ish. you shoudl be able to press if the top back on after this. dont do this unless you are quite happy to bugger the whole thing up and buy a new one:sssh:

good luck:thumbsup:
