I took a chance (and measurements) and ordered a holster from DX and found it fits the Ultrafire WF-500 light perfectly. It's the SKU 4517. It appears like it was tailor made to fit this light. The measurements are 9.45 x 2.56 x 1.97 inches. The pocket portion comes just up to behind the head, with the tailcap touching the bottom, and the inside diameter is just right. It has a full flap which closes with both velcro and a large snap. The snap has two positions, and it snaps closed on the second (bottom snap) with the flap closed down tight on the bezel (it would fit a 1" longer light when snapped on the top snap). It fits the light so well it holds the light securely without the flap. And the soft lining is easy on the finish. It has a very nice adjustable belt loop, with both snap and velcro, it'll fit any size belt. The fit and finish, as well as the seams are done well. This is certainly no mil-spec holster, and wouldn't last long with hard use, but for normal civilian use and a little care it should do fine. The WF-500 is certainly no EDC, but this holster will be handy on hikes, camping trips, etc. Few aftermarket holsters fit as well as this one for this light. - Larry

Good post!

Another pouch that happens to fit the WF-500 (as well as the Surefire M4) is a standard U.S. military MOLLE pouch for a "pop flare." The MOLLE loops work on a belt or on, of course, other MOLLE gear.

FYI, they also have pictures of it holding a 2C Maglite.

Those are my pictures! Note that the picture I took shows how it holds a 2C Mag with a standard tailcap (too long to close using the buttons). Using FiveMega's shortened polished stainless steel C sized tailcap, a 2C Mag will fit perfectly using one button on the flap.

Thanks for posting your pictures, it was partly what made me go ahead and order it. I should post pictures of how it fits the WF-500. - Larry
