Surefire G2L - Does it have Cree or better yet?

I have an Inova T1 right now and am wondering if the Surefire G2L has a Cree or better LED yet.

Yes it has a Seoul SSC P4 which uses the Cree [SIZE=-1]XRE-7090 die[/SIZE]. Not as bright as the top of the line Cree XR-E Q5 but still it is not an out of date LED.

Is it true that the P60L module in the G2L (and 6PL) both have a blue tint to them?

My P60L has a very blue tint to it. Kind of a disappointing tint when compared to the tint of my L4 and E2L.

The Seoul P4 in the P60L module isn't driven at it's maximum level so output might not be amazing(but you do get lots of runtime).

If you want output, go for another light(not surefire, they are more runtime oriented, which is good for most uses).
