What is the maximum voltage the P60L can take up to? I'm getting kinda tired of buying primaries and having them go dim after a day of use.

Can the p60L use 2x3.6 rechargable battery?

Also, what is another type of power source it can use besides cr123?

I think it can take up to 9v, so 2 RCR123s should be fine.

Yes, the same drop-in is used in the three-cell SF G3.
3xCR123 = 7.5 volts (under load)
2xRCR123 = 7.4 volts (under load)

Another option is 1x17650 for at least double the runtime, although the light will be somewhat dimmer. You might want to think about an upgraded LED, the P60LED is pretty outdated now, newer LEDs run extremely well (bright w/ long runtimes) on 1x17670.
