Not easy to find, but if you keep your eyes on B/S/T in CPFMP you may get lucky...

DM51, I was just going to send you a PM about the Porcupine A2 you bought on B/S/T some time ago, I thought this would be a good thread to show some pictures (because the seller didn't have pictures of it). Well, you were faster than I type PM's :)
It looks great!

It is in superb condition - not a scratch or ding to be seen on it. I'm not a very good photographer, but I thought it would be fun to show it with the miniature model of a porcupine, and some real quills I picked up a few years ago.

 My bad english, I didn't know that the word "porcupine" actually means something. Interesting name for the animal. Ah.. now it all makes sense :D.

I have seen one once with longer silver spikes on the head. I heard it ws availble in japan.

If I am not mistaken these porcupines originated and sold somewhere in Surefire Asia...Once a while they crop up in BST but wont be cheap though but I guess it is awesome especially the L6 Porcupine.

I think that's right, but I don't know the details. I think they were a special order for the far east, with enough demand for Surefire to agree to make them. I don't know how many were made or which models. Maybe Size15s would know about this.

There are a number of past threads discussing the Porkys. Asia only release, not many made, and a bit pricey. They do show up on B/S/T from time to time.
