Surefire Z2 KX4 LED Head vs standard?

Good afternoon, I have picked up the sickness and have been traveling down the older surefire Z2 rabbit hole. Two questions for those who know more than myself. What is the difference between the KX-4 Led head and the standard Z2 head? They both appear to be made for the P-60 type drop-ins.
Also, some Z2 bezzles don't have the (caution hot surface) markings. Was that something added later or the sign of an aftermarket bezzle?

The KX4 LED head is a Z44 Head with build in Surefire P60L dropin.

The difference between Z44 + P60L and KX4 is you can not remove the 'dropin', but the lumens output is higher 120lm, the P60L has 80lm.

Oh I wouldn't bother with that P60L head. It's horrible. Grab a malkoff you will be much happier.

I have some already, very nice products and from what I read very reliable. But It's nice to see all the options out there. I'm still amazed at the change in light teck in the last 20 years or so. The old AA pen lights replaced with the Mini mag were amazing back in the 80's. But now it's an even bigger leap in LED magic.

Oh I wouldn't bother with that P60L head. It's horrible. Grab a malkoff you will be much happier.
