In the two years that I've belonged to CPF, I've spent a lot of money with the various vendors that do business or have banners on the CPF. That includes 6 or 8 transactions with Botach. I have not had ANY problem with ANY of them during this period. I wish I could say that about other e-business' that I've delt with on other areas of the internet.

I should have asked for more information, because IF I call them they might want to know,
Shoe width
Color
Your weight. Realize that shoes are weight bearing, and it might have "bearing" on what type of innersoles they provide. Obviously since you wear a size 6 you are tiny, and we must not get such beatiful shoes, and have them bounce around on your feet.

I'm just trying to be prepared IN CASE I pursue those shoes further.

Sasha, the one thing I've learned over the last couple of years is that regardless of what you and I debate, no good ever comes from it. I'd delete my original post in this thread, however the other thread raises all kinds of other issues by people doing that, so I'll shut up now, keep my mouth shut and hope not too many are harmed from this.
