Trouble contacting Dereelight

Anyone else having trouble contacting them? I tried their support email address and it came back as "delivery to the following recipients failed permanently" Is there a phone number to contact them? I'm not going to order from their website if there is some problem with the company or ?
Any help would be appreciated.

Dereelight also has authorized dealers depending on what part of the world you call home.

If you live in the US, I highly recommend you check out the dealer section of CPF Marketplace...

Also remember if you contact Alan, Hong Kong is quite a few time zones off, he'll probably reply in the middle of the night U.S. time

I always get him with a PM at CPFMP....look up "Dereelight". I also had trouble with getting him on email on his web site.

I have never had a problem with contacting Alan either through CPFMP or his e-mail address. As Fird said, he usually replied to me at night due to the time difference.

Let me save you the trouble, Dereelight only has one U.S.-based Dealer. And they have yet to upgrade their site to reflect that fact. On a positive note, FlashCrazy is excellent to deal with. A top-notch individual with a great reputation.
