Hey guys, I'm currently doing filming and I have this one scene to shoot where we'e in pitch black and we've only spotlights on us. Now, I was wondering if these million CP flashlights would suffice to provide a result similar to those found in this here screenshot: http://www.justin-combs.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/09/spotlight.jpg I sure hope these 50 buck torches will do as the professional ones cost arms and legs! Any input would be appreciated, thank you all! Prothean.

Looks like you could get the same result with one of these DX Flood-To-Throw led flashlights. They are about $15. :naughty:

Millions cp spotlight wont do the job because they provide a very tigh and intense hotspot and that's no good on camera.

Thank you for the input fellas!! You've been most helpful @richardcpf Those DX Flood-To-Throw led flashlights sure hit the mark for value! lol, 15 bucks a pop, thats a steal!! Although my only concern is that we need the spotlight about 1.5-2 meters big (enough to cover a person laying on their back) would those be a little small for the job? @tolkaze Hey man, yes!! I've given this much thought and yer chances are I'll have to do this, would you have any recommendations (I live in Australia)? If not perhaps "key words" so i can go and google it? @amaretto Hello there : ) the ARCMania X6 is perfect!! But way out of my budget at 300 bucks (i need three of them). Also had a look at the Lenser range of flashlights and they seem to do the trick and are not too expensive, so I might look further into them (although their size still has me dubious so will need tos ee one in action first) Thanks again guys, can anyone be so kind as to share their knowledge and experience with me?

Are you able to buy any on the secondhand market? That would definitely help with your budget
