I'm looking at the seller's protection policy and it's very vague. Would USPS Delivery Confirmation qualify or do I have to use FedEx or something? Anybody know?

If I remember correctly, Registered mail delivery can be used in a court of law that a piece of mail has actually been received by the recipient, so I'm pretty sure that Paypal will accept it as well.
gregw; said:Hmmm... Sounds like Paypal has something against the USPS... Although, just talking to some Customer Service guy at Paypal isn't saying much, since that guy who told you this may actually not know what he's talking about..

Fedex said they delivered an item at my door step when I was not at home.
Since it was under $250 Paypal said they would not do anything.
The item was cost me $242.
