I thought the same thing at first but notice that the ring is gold not silver as it would be on the XR-E.

That looks like an Osram Dragon of some sorts in a black package instead of the normal white base material.

Could be a Diamond Dragon without the integrated lens or a Platinum Dragon with a black package.

There's more, but these are pretty sleek. The entire housing is a heatsink with the reflector designed into it.

Wow, hardly ever see automotive AM parts with a good design. Most are worried about fitting the biggest number of the cheapest LEDs, or having the biggest drop-in LED bulb

Well these are custom parts. Motorcycle or automobile, custom parts generally are more specialized than stock parts.
