I want to buy a Princeton Tec 40. I am living in the Toronto, Canada. But I cannot find it in the store. Is there anybody know which store has it around the GTA?
Thanks.
MEC used to carry them, however I don't think I've seen one there for a long time. You could try Europe Bound, just across the street, they can be pricy but I believe they carry some PT lights.
Princeton Tec lights (not sure of the specific model you are looking for) were in the Vancouver MEC store yesterday; why not give Toronto store a call?

I've got one that I never used much. Bought it for its water resistance, for a canoe trip that got cancelled. It has less than one hour total run time on it. I'm happy to sell it to you. The body is the original design, in a lovely Princeton Tec safety yellow, which to its credit is highly visible in low light situations. It's presently in storage (batteries removed of course).
Mine is the original version, without the overmolded rubber grip. It uses four AA alkaline or lithium primary cells. It has a halogen bulb. The reflector is polished, producing a relatively narrow beam. The light was advertised as being waterproof to 2,000 ft. It weighs 5 ounces w/batteries.
I'm traveling on business this week, but I'll return on Wednesday to the office. If you're interested, send me a private message, and we'll work out the details. Im in travel status Monday night, so it will likely be Tuesday evening until I can reply. (If you prefer brand new, I'll understand. I can always use it when fishing...)
