Yo military is so dumb...it packs 200 AA batteries in a medical package...along with two D cell flashlights.

Yo world is so dumb...it needs to build things that are "tactical".

it's an old school insult.

some ppl, myself included, can take it lightly when it's not being used to insult a specific person's mother.

if spoken directly to me, and in an insulting manner, or by someone i don't know, then i'd take offense..

but this is just a light-hearted twist on an old school insult.. it's a classic, really.
